CS Hudson: Our History

Leaders with deep domain experience in dispersed facility management, construction, remodels, and program and project management, the principals of CS Hudson have built longstanding relationships across the industry and a reputation for excelling at what they do. As co-founders of Empire Facilities, Joe Scaretta and Moses Carrasco built their first business together from the ground up. They bring complementary skills to the table, and have earned respect and recognition from their clients by innovating, staying focused on the customer experience, developing strong partnerships and serving as trusted advisors.

Joe Scaretta, Co-CEO & Founder

With more than 15 years experience in facilities management and construction, Joe built his reputation as an entrepreneur by developing innovative niche services, and fostering customer-centric, get-it-done team cultures. He spent his early career in the retail sector, where he gained expertise in merchandising, operations, facilities management, capital projects and new construction.

Moses Carrasco, Co-CEO & Founder

Moses has more than 20 years experience in the construction industry, as well as first hand experience in the restaurant and retail sectors. With deep experience in every stage of the construction management, he is widely respected for his engineering expertise; his practical, cost-effective methodologies; and his flawless execution.

Desiree Russo, Vice President of Operations

With more than 10 years experience in construction and facilities management, Desiree’s background includes all aspects of managing operations. She works closely with clients, oversees multiple teams, and manages staff training and development. She also oversees and develops workflow processes to ensure that we meet — and exceed — the industry’s highest standards.
