CS Hudson: Our History

Founded on a vision of excellence in facility management, construction, remodels, and program and project management, CS Hudson was built from the ground up by co-founders Joe Scaretta and Moses Carrasco. Their complementary expertise and dedication to customer-centric solutions set the stage for success, fostering strong industry relationships and a reputation for delivering exceptional results. Their journey began with Empire Facilities, where they honed their skills and brought an innovative approach that clients came to trust and respect.

Today, CS Hudson stands at an exciting crossroads. While we honor the foundation laid by our co-founders and their remarkable achievements, a new chapter begins with a refreshed leadership team at the helm. This new team, leveraging the same talented and passionate staff who have been integral to our growth, has launched CS Hudson 2.0. Our unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer focus remains the cornerstone of our identity as we build upon the legacy established and embrace new opportunities ahead.

Kevin brings over a decade of leadership experience to his role as President of CS Hudson. With a foundation in operations, Kevin’s career spans technical and managerial roles, including his impactful work as an Engineering Manager and his leadership as a General Manager of large-scale organizations. Known for his people-first approach, Kevin is dedicated to developing leadership and problem-solving skills within his teams, driving the delivery of world-class solutions to clients.

His expertise in business process improvement, coupled with a focus on team building, has refined organizational systems and enhanced operational efficiency. Kevin is excited to leverage his strong organizational and strategic skills to lead CS Hudson to new heights, scaling the business model to new levels of growth and success.

With over 30 years of experience in business development and executive leadership, George brings extensive expertise in managing large-scale national accounts and leading high-performing sales teams. Throughout his career, George has excelled in building strategic client relationships, driving revenue growth, and fostering collaborative and

innovative sales environments across multiple industries, including pest control, financial services, and storage and logistics.

As the Vice President of Business Development at CS Hudson, George aims to harness his comprehensive industry knowledge and proven leadership skills to strengthen client partnerships, expand market reach, and contribute to the ongoing success of the organization. Jim, Senior Director of Capital Projects, brings nearly two decades of comprehensive project management experience across a diverse array of industries. With over 12 years dedicated to the facility industry and leadership, Jim is known for integrating process and structure informed by Project Management Institute (PMI) standards. His approach emphasizes strong communication, consistent follow-ups, and unwavering transparency.

As a Certified Project Manager and accomplished team leader, Jim's background spans operational management, broadcasting, construction, retail, and marketing. He is recognized for his ability to navigate and resolve complex challenges through innovative solutions, enhancing systems and processes that drive efficiency, client satisfaction, and profitability.

Jim’s leadership style prioritizes people development, fostering growth by encouraging his team to engage in problem-solving and step beyond their comfort zones.
